Swotantra Pratap Shah

Swotantra Pratap Shah acquired Sudurpaschim Royals through his company, Empire Sports Management Pvt. Ltd., in the Nepal Premier League's franchise auction. Based in Brisbane, Australia for over two decades, he runs the Empire Lions Cricket Club and has been an organiser of the Queensland Nepali Cricket League since 2019. Driven by a lifelong passion for cricket, he set his sights on the Royals to help build world-class cricket infrastructure in Nepal and give local players exposure on the international stage.
Prakash Khadka
CEOKathmandu, Nepal
Prakash Khadka was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Sudurpaschim Royals in October 2024, bringing a decade of experience as Director of the Dhangadhi Premier League. Based in Kathmandu, he leads team operations, squad strategy, and sponsorship partnerships for the franchise. “Sudurpaschim is a fertile land for cricket talent, and I feel honoured to be part of a team that represents this region,” Khadka has said of his role.
